Q: Where does Real Wood Floors product ship from?
A: We currently warehouse product in California, Oklahoma, Missouri and now North Carolina. Please call for location specific information.

Q: Do you offer handscraped products?
A: We offer handscraped unfinished products as well as prefinished handscraped products.

Q: Do you have prefinished products as well as unfinsihed?
A: We offer custom finishing on larger jobs as well as offering prefinished products in a variety of species, grades and finish options.

Q: Is Real Wood Floors responsible if my floor cups?
A: When a floor cups, 9 times out of 10 proper moisture testing was not completed before installation. If this is not done it is very difficult to determine the cause of the cupping. It is also the responsibility of the installer to determine whether or not the home builder placed a proper moisture barrier under the slab. There are specific techniques for
installing over a crawlspace as well. We reference NWFA job site conditions and standard installation procedures in our Installation Guidelines. If all the guidelines are followed and documented, we will at our discretion send out a certified inspector to assess the situation. If all NWFA guidelines are met, the possibility of cupping is minimal.

Q: Does Real Wood Floors sell through distributors?
A: We are currently looking for distributors in many major markets. In markets where we have no local distributor we will sell contractor direct.

Q: Does Real Wood Floors have a display program?
A: We currently market product in a variety of different platforms. We have small white boxes that are used as an introductory item to the line. It has 3 small pieces of flooring plus a brochure on the product line. In additon we have a black nylon contractor bag that holds 12" x 12" samples and can be used to take while on sales calls. And lastly we have a full display that can be used to display product in a showroom.
